I've seen this with various ivies in place of MIT, notably Cornell.

Two college students walk into a public bathroom in Cambridge, MA. One of them finishes his business and starts to walk out. The other says in a snooty voice, "at Hahvahd, they teach us to wash our hands after using the restroom". The first guy replies, "well, at MIT they teach us not to pee on our hands."
